Plastic grains are loaded into a hopper located above the Plastic injection molding machine. A rotating screw moves the pellets to the heated section at the front of the barrel as they descend from the hopper into the barrel below. Under high pressure, a hydraulic ram injects molten plastic into the mold tool, ensuring that it fills the entire cavity and reproduces the intended object precisely.
